Today I created a free printable gratitude journal page for you. With a perpetual calendar on it. (Just pick the right day and month and color them.)
You can use it for a gratitude diary - to count your daily blessings, to have a weekly happiness and wellness tracker or a monthly happiness diary.
Count one's blessings means to focus your attention on the circumstances of your life which are pleasant and fortunate. - It's also important in difficult times! It then has the intention of diverting your thoughts from serious or disagreeable matters. So counting your blessings is good for your mood and for the health of your soul.
It's good to be grateful for meeting nice people, for things that brightened your day and made you smile. These are the things we want to remember.
Just download and print and use it to beautify your diary, journal on the end of the day.

Heue habe ich mir wieder einmal etwas ganz Neues ausgedacht: eine kostenlos ausdruckbare Tagebuchseite für die schönsten Momente des Tages. - Mit einem immer währenden Kalender drauf. Ich glaube, in Amerika ist es schon etwas verbreiteter, sich am Ende des Tages die drei bis fünf schönsten und glücklichsten Momente noch einmal zu überlegen und aufzuschreiben. Man soll dadurch einen für schöne Dinge und Erlebnisse geschärften Blick bekommen und insgesamt mit der Zeit auch optimistischer werden.
Den absoluten Pessimisten unter euch wird geraten, so lange in den Erinnerungen des Tages zu wühlen, bis drei schöne Dinge hervorkommen - die wirklich simpel sein dürfen: so wie das Lächeln eines Fremden oder eines Kindes, der kurz als warm wahrgenommene Sonnenstrahl beim Rauskommen aus einem Geschäft - zur Not wohl auch der Bus, den man in letzter Minute doch noch erwischt hat. ;-) Am Anfang mag das oft sehr schwierig scheinen - soll aber mit der Zeit immer einfacher werden. Und: es soll zu schöneren Erinnerungen verhelfen. Ist das nichts?
