Free printable vintage animal DIY table decoration - ausdruckbare Tischdeko - freebie

As promised I created some free printable paper animals for you which match yesterday's elephant pattern paper. I think these free standing baby animals would be a great success as DIY table decoration for safari themed, circus themed or just animal themed children's parties. 

The animal templates are made out of a printable vintage circus parade from the graphics fairy. 

I instantly had the idea to make some free standing animals out of the adorable cute illustrations on the vintage printable. Therefore I cut out some of the animals (an elephant, a tiger and an ostrich), doubled them and flipped them horizontally. So you'll have the animal on the front as well as on the backside when you fold the templates.

Just download and print the paper with the vintage animal templates out. Cut the three appropriate animal parts roughly out first, then fold them and cut them carefully along the dotted line. Easy peasy paper craft for kids!

They are perfect as paper toys, as table decoration for children, as DIY place cards and even for whimsical gift tags or for your other paper art and paper crafting projects.

Hallo liebe Besucher von MeinLilaPark! Wie versprochen habe ich heute eine kostenlos ausdruckbare Druckvorlage für die drei gestern schon gezeigten frei stehenden DIY Deko-Tiere: ein Elefant, ein Tiger und ein Strauß, die ich auf einer Vintage Illustration für Kinder bei the graphicsfairy gefunden habe. Sie passen super zu dem Elefanten-Papier aus meinem gestrigen Eintrag.

Weil ich die Idee hatte, sie frei stehend zu machen, habe ich die einzelnen Tiere ausgeschnitten, verdoppelt, gespiegelt und eine gepunktete Hilfslinie hinzugesetzt, die euch beim Basteln und Ausschneiden helfen kann.  

Ihr könnt die Druckvorlage für die süßen Deko-Tierchen gratis auf euren eigenen Computer herunterladen und ausdrucken. Dann zuerst die Tiere grob ausschneiden, in der Mitte falten und schließlich sorgfältig entlang der gepunkteten Hilfslinie ausschneiden. Schon habt ihr süße aufstellbare Tiere, die sich besonders auf Kindergeburtstagsfeieren gut machen, aber auch als kleine besondere Geschenkkärtchen oder DIY Tischkärtchen verwendet werden können. Free printable turtle toy DIY table decoration - ausdruckbare Tischdekoration - freebie

Today I created a couple of free standing turtle toys for you. The turtle has funny doodle names and messages (like hello and congrats) on  its back and looks quite cute. Some of you will recognize the turtle from yesterday's printable island card.

The free standing paper turtle perfect as DIY party table decoration for children's parties or as a funny little DIY decoration for shelves and night stands and tables in kids rooms. 

I have to admit that I use the turtle as playful decoration for my office desk. It brings a smile on my face whenever I look at it.

Just download and print the turtle toy template out, fold it and cut the turtles out.

Hallo liebe Besucher von MeinLilaPark! Heute habe ich eine kostenlos ausdruckbare frei stehende Papierschildkröte für euch entworfen. Auf ihrem rosaroten Rückenpanzer stehen Kritzeleien wie Namen und Nachrichten. 

Einige unter euch werden die Schildkröte sicherlich noch vom gestrigen Eintrag in Erinnerung haben, in welchem ich eine ausdruckbare Karte mit ihr gepostet habe.

Die süße Schildkröte eignet sich als DIY Tischdekoration für Kinderparties, aber auch als Alltagsdekoration für Regale und Tische im Kinderzimmer. Ich selbst habe sie gerade sogar auf meinem eigenen Schreibtisch stehen und muss immer lächeln, wenn ich sie ansehe, weil sie einen so unheimlich süß-treuen Blick hat.

Free printable DIY gingerbread house No2 - ausdruckbares Lebkuchenhaus - freebie

Today I created my 2nd free printable gingerbread house for you. This paper house has a different size and template. It's decorated with more sweets than my first gingerbread house. I also added a printable cat for the cat lovers among you. 

Just download and print the template out, cut it, fold it and glue the lose ends together. The gingerbread house with cat will make a cute Christmas time decoration for your shelves, office desks, window boards or bedside tables. Kids will love it!

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Weil das Leben manchmal solch ein Biest ist und sich gestern in dieser Form meinem Liebsten präsentiert hat, bekam ich Lust, mich mit Monstern zu beschäftigen. Konkretisierungen und symbolhafte Handlungen können uns ja oft helfen, mit Stimmungen – vor allem Downs – besser umzugehen.
Ich dachte, ein Monster, das eine Depro-Stimmung oder ihren Grund symbolisiert, könnte man zum Beispiel abschießen...;-)  – Vorausgesetzt natürlich, man entwickelt den nötigen Humor. Was ja schon mal ein konstruktiver Akt wäre...
Man könnte eine symbolische Distanz schaffen... Oder dem Monster einfach beweisen, dass man ihm direkt in die Augen sehen kann... ;-)
Also habe ich mich nach entsprechenden Printables umgesehen, hier eines gefunden, ausgedruckt und gebastelt. Das Basteln war ein kleiner Kampf: Weil ich keinen Farbdrucker habe, musste ich die Druckvorlage auf Fotopapier und als Foto ausdrucken. Das Ausschneiden habe ich dann mit einer ganz kleinen Schere vorgenommen, wobei die Fuselei mit den kleinen Details zwar meinen Nerven nichts anhaben konnte  – die sind wie Drahtseile, yep! :-) –, aber meinen Fingern...  Das Kleben war dann eine weitere Herausforderung – und meine Finger noch spät am Abend im Kino klebrig... ABER! Ich habe ein Monster geschaffen!! :-)

Zugegebenermaßen sieht das Monster nach Fertigstellung ähnlich geschafft aus wie ich... Irgendwie will man es doch fast knuddeln, oder?
Das ist wieder typisch für mich: ich habe sogar Mitgefühl mit Monstern!!
Auf der Website, von der ich die Bastelvorlage heruntergeladen habe, sieht es irgendwie weniger knuddelbedürftig aus. Vielleicht liegt das auch daran, dass ich die Zunge aus Versehen etwas abgeschnitten habe...
