Today I made this owl clipart graphic in retro colors.

I always associated owls with wisdom and foresight. But the owl trend in fashion industry added the vintage associations and cuteness and made the owls even more attractive and lovable.

Hallo liebe Besucher von MeinLilaPark! Heute habe ich eine Eulen-Clipart-Grafik in Retro Farbgebung gezeichnet. Der Retro Stil war nicht einmal geplant, sondern entstand, während ich mit den Farben experimentierte. Eigentlich mag ich die Farben der 70'er Jahre gar nicht besonders, aber manchmal verselbständigt sich ein Zeichenprojekt einfach, und ich merke dann, dass etwas in sich stimmig ist, selbst wenn die Details mir als Idee nicht ganz passen. Und die Erfahrung hat mich gelehrt, es dann gut sein zu lassen. Der erste Wurf ist oft der beste. Ich hoffe, das klingt jetzt nicht seltsam... :)

Wenn ihr einen guten Artikel über die Hintergründe des Eulen Trends in der Modebranche lesen wollt, kann ich euch einen empfehlen, der allerdings auf Englisch ist. Den Link dazu findet ihr im oberen, englischen Teil dieses Blogeintrags.
